For engineers and global buyers, however, successful CNC machining is not simply about choosing a CNC machine. Cutting parameters, material properties, tool selection, chip removal, and process control all influence machining accuracy, efficiency, and tool life.

Different materials require different machining parameters.
For example, for Aluminum 6061, a reference starting range may include:

·Cutting depth: 0.2–0.3 mm
