Management guru Peter Drucker once said:
“A company has only two basic functions: innovation and marketing. Everything else is cost.”
But for a manufacturing company, there is an even more important answer: trust.
Because products can be copied, equipment can be purchased, and processes can be learned.
Only trust requires time to build, responsibility to fulfill, and a group of people to protect it together.
Have you ever asked yourself: Why did you choose this company?
Is it because of the platform?
Is it because of the opportunity?
Or is it because of growth?

For SHENGWO employees, the answers may be different for each.
Some stayed because of an experience of being trusted;
Some grew because of a challenge of working together;
Some broke through their limits because of the support of the team;
And some moved forward with determination because of a customer’s approval.
On December 8, 2021, SHENGWO MACHINERY was officially established. At that time, we had no dazzling halo, no strong capital, and certainly no scale of operation as we have today.
All we had were a few people who believed in manufacturing and a shared dream: to make excellent products, serve our customers well, and become a long-term, trustworthy partner.
Over the past four years, we’ve grown from a young sheet metal processing and manufacturing company to serving clients in Germany, the UK, Spain, Japan, Turkey, Australia, and many other countries and regions; from our first order to passing the SAM audit by Schneider Electric, a Fortune 500 company; from our initial startup team to the growing number of outstanding SHENGWO employees.
Along the way, it’s not just the company that has grown, but every single one of our employees.
As Kazuo Inamori said, “Business management is not about managing numbers, but about managing people’s hearts.”
Today, we hand the microphone over to the people of SHENGWO.
Listen to their stories about responsibility, growth, and trust. Because behind every ordinary story lies the most authentic power of a company’s growth.

Would a company truly allow someone to constantly push their boundaries?
The answer is: Yes.
When I joined SHENGWO MACHINERY in 2022, my work started in operations. Later, I gradually became involved in purchasing, production management, and team coordination.
Many times, I doubted my ability to handle these responsibilities.
But the company gave me enough trust.
When problems arose, we didn’t question them, but solved them together.
When facing challenges, we didn’t back down, but grew together.
The biggest change over the years wasn’t a change in position.
It was learning to think from a business perspective.
At SHENGWO MACHINERY, I gained more than just professional growth.
I gained the power of being trusted.
The most authentic place in manufacturing is always on the production floor.
Since joining SHENGWO in 2022, I’ve witnessed the factory’s growth from small to large.
Production tasks have increased, customer requirements have become more demanding, and the team has grown larger.
But one thing has never changed.
That is: making good products.
Once, a customer urgently needed delivery,
and the team worked continuously until late at night.
When the product was successfully shipped, the smiles on everyone’s faces are still unforgettable.
Because we know that what we deliver is not just products,
but also the trust of our customers.
And this trust deserves our utmost effort every time.
Why do customers choose us?
When I first joined SHENGWO MACHINERY, I thought customers valued price most.
Later I realized that price might secure a one-time deal.
But what truly keeps customers choosing us is trust.
Over the years, I’ve met with many different clients,
accompanied them on factory tours, discussed projects, and resolved problems.
Sometimes, clients care about more than just the product itself.
They care about stable delivery times, reliable quality, and whether someone is there to take responsibility immediately when problems arise.
Gradually, I’ve discovered that the process of developing clients is also a process of building trust.
Every visit,
every communication,
every problem-solving,
brings us a little closer.
The most fulfilling moment isn’t when we receive an order.
Instead, the customer says:
“I feel confident entrusting this project to you.”
Because I know that trust is more precious than the order itself.

In my three years at SHENGWO MACHINERY,
every shipment has been a delivery of trust.
When I first joined SHENGWO, I was responsible for order follow-up and shipment.
Many people think this
is just routine work.
But I increasingly realized that what customers care about most are often the details.
Is the delivery date accurate?
Is communication timely?
Is someone responsible for the problems?
Over the years, I have witnessed many customers go from their first cooperation to their second, third, and even repeat orders.
At that moment, I understood:
Product delivery ends.
The delivery of trust does not end.
As a new member who joined SHENGWO MACHINERY in 2026,
my deepest feeling is: here, they not only focus on work, but also on growth.
When I first started handling customer orders, there were many things I didn’t understand, and I worried I wouldn’t do a good job.
But whenever I encountered a problem, there was always someone willing to patiently guide me, share their experience, and help me find solutions.
Gradually, I realized that growth isn’t about suddenly becoming excellent.
It’s about becoming more confident through repeated acts of trust and help.
It’s fortunate to have someone willing to believe in you.
And growth often begins with that trust.
What is the greatest sense of accomplishment for an engineer?
I used to think it was drawing up blueprints.
Later I realized it’s helping customers solve problems.
The customer gives us a blueprint.
And what we need to consider is:
Is there a better structure?
Is there a more reasonable process?
Is there a more efficient solution?
Behind every optimization is a step forward achieved jointly by R&D and the customer.
And what gives me the greatest sense of accomplishment isn’t the product being manufactured.
It’s when the customer says: “This solution is excellent.”
Quality is never just the responsibility of the Quality Department.
It’s the shared responsibility of the entire team.
Over the years, from customer audits to Schneider Electric’s SAM audits.
Every audit has been a learning experience.
During the audit process,
we identify problems together and improve them together.
Gradually, quality is no longer just a job, but a habit.
I increasingly believe that: When customers choose a manufacturing company,
they ultimately choose trust.
And quality is the best way to earn trust.

Everyone chooses SHENGWO MACHINERY for different reasons. Some stay because of growth opportunities. Some persevere because of trust. Some keep moving forward because of a sense of responsibility.
Some find their career path here, some undergo role transformations here, and some learn how to help others succeed.
Management expert Jim Collins once said:
“Great companies are not those with great people, but those that enable ordinary people to become better versions of themselves.” Along the way, what has driven the company’s growth has never been just equipment, factories, and orders. More than anything, we are a group of people who trust each other.
Our dedication on the production floor, our commitment to our customers, our meticulous research behind the scenes, and our meticulous order fulfillment—these qualities combine to make SHENGWO MACHINERY what it is today.
Because we are trusted, we continue to grow.
Because we grow together, we achieve success together.
Because we achieve success together, we have a brighter future.
And this, perhaps, is the answer for SHENGWO people.
It is also the driving force behind SHENGWO MACHINERY’s continuous progress.
Customer success leads to mutual achievement.
